Is the template mobile-friendly?
Yes, the design is fully responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
I’m not very tech-savvy — will I be able to use this?
Yes! The template is designed to be user-friendly, and the included guide walks you through each step of the process. Showit's drag-and-drop platform is beginner-friendly and easy to use.
Can I use this if I already have a website on another platform?
Yes, but your site will need to be rebuilt in Showit using this template. You can keep your domain and redirect it once your new site is live.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Please email us if you have any specific questions about this before you make a purchase.

If you have questions, you’re welcome to reach out. I also offer customization services if you’d prefer help bringing everything together.
How long will I have access to the template?
You'll have lifetime access to the template, so you can take as long as you need to to add all your branding and copy.

You’ll be responsible for your domain, email, and Showit subscription. I’ll guide you through what’s needed so everything is set up correctly.
How does the content collection process work?
You’ll receive a simple form for your copy and a shared folder to upload your images and content, so everything stays organized in one place.
How does payment work?
To reserve your project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before your website is transferred or launched. This allows us to secure your spot on my calendar while splitting the investment into two manageable payments.
What does the 7 days of support include?
Support covers small questions, minor edits, or anything that comes up as you start using your site. It doesn’t include new page builds or major design changes.
