FoxAura Creative provides digital website templates and related design resources intended for use with Showit. By using this website and purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products.
Digital Products
All products sold through FoxAura Creative are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access to a PDF containing your Showit Share Key along with setup instructions and additional resources.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software, subscriptions, and technical requirements needed to use the purchased product.
Showit Requirement
FoxAura Creative templates are designed exclusively for use with Showit and require an active Showit subscription. FoxAura Creative is not affiliated with or endorsed by Showit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their intended use.
License & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template on one website only.
You may:
Customize the template for your personal business or client project
Modify colors, fonts, layouts, images, and copy
Use the template as the foundation for one live website
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the template or Share Key
Claim the design or artwork as your own original creation
Use the template to create competing templates or derivative products for resale
Share purchased files with others
Install the template on multiple websites under a single purchase
A separate license must be purchased for each additional website.
Intellectual Property
All templates, graphics, illustrations, branding elements, written content, and design assets created by FoxAura Creative remain the intellectual property of FoxAura Creative unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a template does not transfer copyright ownership.
Demo Images & Content
Any stock images, placeholder photography, or demo content shown in template previews are for demonstration purposes only unless otherwise specified.
Buyers are responsible for replacing demo images and content with their own materials prior to publishing their website.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
FoxAura Creative does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact FoxAura Creative and reasonable assistance will be provided.
Existing Website Content
Purchasers are responsible for manually transferring any existing website content into the template.
Support
Each template purchase includes a 30-day email support window beginning on the date of purchase.
Support is intended to assist with template installation, basic setup questions, and minor troubleshooting related to the purchased template.
Additional customization, design work, advanced troubleshooting, third-party integrations, or technical support beyond the included support period may require a separate service agreement.
FoxAura Creative does not guarantee ongoing or indefinite support availability.
Limitation of Liability
FoxAura Creative shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service.
FoxAura Creative does not guarantee specific business, marketing, SEO, or financial results from the use of its templates.
Users are responsible for ensuring their final website complies with all applicable laws, accessibility requirements, and platform policies.
