Tell me what you'd like to update, change, or improve trough the short Design Day application.

Reserve Your Day
If it’s a good fit, you’ll sign your agreement, submit payment, and choose your Design Day.

Preparation
Send over everything I need before your scheduled day. I’ll review your prioritized wish list and materials.

Design Day
I’ll spend six focused hours working through your priorities, then send a recap with everything we accomplished.
Helpful Details
How much can we accomplish in one Design Day?
Every project is different, so I can’t guarantee a specific number of tasks. You’ll prioritize your wish list beforehand, and I’ll work through those priorities as efficiently as possible during your six focused hours.
What do I need to have ready?
You’ll need to provide any copy, images, brand assets, website access, and other materials needed for your wish list at least three business days before your Design Day. This gives me time to review everything and prepare before we begin.
Do I need to be available during my Design Day?
Yes, but you don’t need to spend the day sitting by your computer. I may reach out with questions or need a quick decision, so I ask that you’re reasonably available throughout the day to help keep things moving.
What happens if my materials aren't ready in time?
Everything needed for your project is due at least three business days before your scheduled Design Day. If required materials are missing, we may need to reschedule your day so your project time can be used effectively.
What if we don’t finish everything on my wish list?
I’ll work through your priorities in order and accomplish as much as possible during your six hours. Anything we don’t get to can be saved for another Design Day if you’d like to keep going.
Can you build an entire website during a Design Day?
Design Days are meant for focused updates and improvements to an existing website rather than a complete website build. If you’re looking for something completely new, Custom Web Design will be a better fit.
What does follow-up support include?
You’ll have three business days after your Design Day for questions and minor corrections related to the work completed during your day. New sections, design changes, or additional requests can be saved for another Design Day.
What platforms do you work with?
I currently offer Design Days for websites built on Showit, Wix, Squarespace, and Framer.
How do payment, cancellations, and rescheduling work?
Design Days are paid in full when you book, and your date is reserved once your agreement is signed and payment is received. Because an entire workday is reserved for your project, payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least three business days’ notice. Rescheduling with less than three business days’ notice is subject to a $150 fee.
